Program name: Watch Officer (operated by N Star Solutions LLC).
Description: When you opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or texting us first, Watch Officer may send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, service updates, and occasional offers about Watch Officer services.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a Watch Officer web form and submitting it with your phone number, or by texting us directly. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from Watch Officer. You must also be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the phone number you provide. If you change or deactivate your number, reply STOP from that number first or let us know.
Privacy
We do not sell your phone number or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Text messages we send on behalf of client businesses
Watch Officer sets up and operates text messaging for local service businesses. Messages sent from a client business's number (for example, a text back after a missed call to that business) are sent on that business's behalf and are governed by that business's own terms and consent. Reply STOP to any such message to opt out of that business's texts.

Content on watchofficer.co is provided for general information. It is not a contract or a guarantee of specific results. Any service agreement, including the terms of our first-month guarantee, will be set out in a separate written agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
